Deli Sandwich Shop in Arco

Great small town deli vibe. I thought the food was pretty good and reasonably priced.

We are working in Arco for the summer and were very happy to find the Deli Shop. All ingredients are fresh. The homemade soups are fantastic, different ones every day. There are great sandwich choices in all sizes but our favorite is the pastrami, it is every bit as good as the pastrami sandwiches we got in a New York deli. The meat is delicious and they pile it high.

Absolutely love the food I stop in a few times a month. But that poor girl all by yourself was absolutely slammed. Most of the toppings were gone. Get her some help

Complete waste of time to eat here. I ordered a footlong sub and a pizza, and both were terrible. The pizza was uncooked with lots of bites having raw dough in the middle, the sandwich was nothing special. The bread seemed like it was made in house and was tasty, but there's so much bread and everything else that goes in the sandwich is subpar. my dog got into the sandwich and ate half of it and when I took a bite of the other half I wasn't upset with her. I don't recommend coming here, the chef in the back just kept barking at the gal up front and I'm pretty sure she was new. Front gal was sweet but had no idea what she was doing. save your money, go to a gas station and get microwave food.

I liked the bread. Not much variety in fillings/toppings but the price was the same as other places.

This place is delicious! The sandwich was huge and very tasty, and the price was great. I was so happy with my dinner there that I went back for breakfast the next day. The breakfast sandwich was amazing as well. The service both times was excellent, the employees are friendly and helpful. If I ever come out to Arco again I will definitely get a sandwich here again!

Keep driving dont stop here. Customer service was bad. Took 30 minutes for one sandwich. Ordered the ham and cheese 8 inch, did not get cheese and it was not 8 inches long. While making my sandwich the lady was gossiping with a local while my sandwich was just sitting there. The bread was so old it just crumbled out as I was holding it.

Great food and milkshakes. The wait time after ordering to when we received the items was a little long, but worth it. Food was great, milkshakes where great, and outdoor dining is always a plus!

A great sandwich spot in a small town USA. They have indoor and patio dining, a great menu of sandwiches on bread rolls or Italian bread. Your choice for meats, cheeses, veggies, condiments as at any of the sandwich chains, but this is home made rather than assembly line. The smallest was 4-inch, and that was plenty.Local history was on tap for the asking. Whenever you're in Arco, Idaho, give then a chance. I'm still relishing the lunch!

They got our orders wrong and the waiter sat down and took a break while our food sat on the other side of counter for 20 minutes.

We stop here every time we travel through Arco. The sandwiches are surprisingly good considering the location in the middle of Idaho. I highly recommend.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My toddler son got sick and had an accident outside and we asked for water to clean it up and we were treated like total garbage and an inconvenience. When asked to speak to the manager she got defensive on behalf of her employee and made us feel like trash. Will NEVER EVER return and I'll make sure that everyone around knows about the way we were treated, also. There is absolutely NO excuse to treat a potential customer so poorly, especially when it's an accident on the behalf of a 4 year old. Shame on you, shame on you. How miserable does a person have to be to shame a toddler.

We just stopped here after walking around Craters of the Moon. The lady mentioned they had good calzones so my husband and I each got one. I haven’t had a calzone this amazing in years! And it was huge! I was so impressed with both the food and the friendly service. Now I need you to come closer to Idaho Falls so I can eat them more often!!Thanks Arco for this little gem!

The most ham and turkey I have ever seen on a sub sandwich. I almost got the 12 inch thinking that it was going to be the same as subway, glad I didn't. I only got an 8 inch and I still only finished half of it. Tasted great and I would definitely go again.

This place is so good! Got the 8” , it’s huge and I had to for two meals. I love that they slice the meat right before putting it on. It’s very fresh and filling.

We stopped here on the way to Craters of the Moon. The sandwiches are huge and they have something like 20 different options to choose from. I ordered an 8 inch and it was easily bigger than a 12 inch from Subway. They really pile on the meat, cheese, etc! Let's just say that if this restaurant was a national chain, I would never eat at Subway again. The sandwiches were SO delicious! They have quick service and the staff was very friendly. Eat here! You won't regret it.

Under new ownership and they've done a fantastic job cleaning the place up! Service and food are outstanding!

Got the special turkey bacon advacado wrap and it was pretty good. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Bathroom was outside around the back of the building and the door handle didn't work at all.

Nice people would recommend if ur not in touch of a hurry and enjoy sandwitches, pizzas and soup and salads

Had a roast beef sandwich and couldn't leave it alone. Delicious!!

The staff is really friendly

Great food and service. They got our food for our toddler out first, and that makes a world of difference when you're traveling with a tired toddler. Food was great, fresh ingredients, and large portions. 1/4 cut pastrami was amazing.

Tried to order sandwiches, the guy behind counter making the food was totally rude to us. Seemed very mad we walked in. They had no bread and the "sandwich I ordered wasnt even close to what I ordered. Wont go back again. Small town businesses should appreciate the people who come in.

This place was amazing!!! We stopped here on the way to Craters of the Moon. I got an 8 inch sandwich, and it definitely at least a 12 inch. There was an even ratio of meat to veggies. I also had the homemade chicken noodle soup, didn't have any chicken in it, but I still loved the noodles!!! The sandwich and service made up for the lack of chicken in soup.

Good food, great atmosphere and the portions are large! The Ladies are nice helpful and have a ready smile! My kind of place. Down to earth and not pretentious!

The inside decor is nothing spectacular, but the sandwiches are excellent! The bread is really great! Great place to grab a sandwich and go!

Grandson said his sandwich was "the best." Ours were very good also .

#1. NO ONE behind the counter was wearing masks or gloves (07/15/20). COVID is real people! No wonder the spread of infection in Idaho is out of control. #2. There’s no menu and the prices for sandwiches and pizzas are driven by ingredients/toppings that inflate the overall price of a meal. Ridiculous!A hoagie “base-priced” at $6.99 will easily pass $10 after selecting standard ingredients.

This place is simple, no frills, & doing it right. They have great HUGE fresh sandwiches. I got chips because they don't offer fried items (i.e. fries, onion rings, tots, etc.). I laughed when I saw the actual size of my sandwich, it was closer to a footlong. Turned out I couldn't finish my 8" sandwich in one sitting. I took half home, the bread was mushy & falling apart the next morning but even after removing most of the bread it was still as delicious. I also stopped in for coffee to go; both their iced & hot lattes were good. And my dog enjoyed his cup of ice!

HUGE sandwiches! The 8" sandwich can be shared between two people. BBQ beef sandwich was delicious. Took about 15 minutes to get our food, but they were pretty busy.

It was a comfortable easy going place with a very good sandwhich.

What a great place to eat!! Best sandwiches around, not just in Arco. Huge and made fresh, bread is amazing. Ordered an 8" and took 4" to go because I was stuffed. Can't recommend this place enough!!!!
